These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of travelsct.com (the "Site") and any fare search, call-back, or booking-assistance service provided by TravelSCT ("TravelSCT", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a fare query, or engaging a specialist by phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
TravelSCT is an independent, privately owned online travel agency (OTA). We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any airline or government body unless a specific partnership is stated in writing on the Site. Airline names, flight numbers and logos referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and fare comparison purposes.
Through the Site and our call-back line, we help travelers:
Submitting the fare query form does not create a booking or reserve a fare — it only requests a call-back from a specialist. A booking is confirmed only once you have verbally agreed to the fare, fare rules and total price, and payment has been processed.
All fares shown on the Site are quoted per person, in U.S. Dollars, for the cabin class and routing displayed, and are pulled from airline systems in real time wherever possible. Fares are subject to availability and can change or expire without notice until an itinerary is fully ticketed. Displayed fares generally do not include government taxes, airline fuel surcharges, checked baggage, seat selection, or optional travel protection unless expressly stated; these are disclosed and added before you are asked to pay.
TravelSCT may charge a service fee for booking, itinerary changes, or cancellations handled on your behalf. This service fee is separate from, and in addition to, any fees or penalties imposed directly by the airline under its own fare rules. Any applicable service fee is disclosed to you verbally before you authorize payment.
Payment is collected by a specialist over the phone or through a secure payment link at the time of booking. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Full or partial payment is generally required to ticket a fare, and fares are not guaranteed until ticketing is confirmed.
Cancellation eligibility, date-change fees, and refund timelines depend entirely on the fare rules set by the operating airline, and vary by fare class and route. Details of how we handle these requests are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
TravelSCT is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information you provide, missed connections due to schedule changes made by the airline, or denied boarding due to inadequate travel documents.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false fare queries, attempting to scrape or automate fare data for resale, interfering with the Site's normal operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Flights booked through us are operated by independent third-party airlines. Each airline's own conditions of carriage govern matters such as baggage, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, and onboard service, and apply in addition to these Terms. TravelSCT is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of any airline or other third-party supplier.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelSCT's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services is limited to the service fee you paid to TravelSCT for the booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed connections, trip delays, or lost enjoyment of travel, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold TravelSCT harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
